I have been in Real Estate Since 2006 with more than 29 years in sales, customer service and management and over 15 years as a Realtor®. My success can be directly attributed to my management experience with Nordstrom where I was a leader and trainer who coached The Nordstrom Way, Managing from the heart and Tom Hopkins, Closing the Sale, which taught me early in my career that the customer is the foundation for a successful business and the skills needed to ensure that they are taken care of. I believe that great success comes from the people you bring with you and making deals happen by getting everyone involved in the process.
